Where is your facility located?
Our facility is located at 501 Haddonfield Berlin Rd in Voorhees, NJ. We’re right next to Woodcrest Acres and just 16 miles outside of Philadelphia.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday and Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm ,and Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are also available by appointment on Sunday and Tuesday-Thursday.
When can I access my vehicle?
You can access your vehicle during our regular access hours, Sunday- Saturday 6:00 am to 10 pm. 24 hour access is available.
What security features do you use?
Our security gate helps us keep track of who is on our property and helps us ensure that only our customers can access our facility. Additionally, our security cameras help us montior and record all activity on our property. Our resident manager lives onsite to help keep a watchful eye over the property as well.
Do you have private garages?
Yes, we do. We have several different types of garages - some are equipped for more than one vehicle and some even have climate control!
Do we have multiple garage units?
Double and triple units may be available.

Climate control keeps your vehicle in a stable environment that helps you maintain its integrity. Temperature and humidity are maintained at a stable level, which enables you to keep your vehicle well-preserved.
Can I pay my bill online?
Of course! Just login through our website.
What’s the best way to reserve my space?
Just contact us. You can contact us through our website, give us a call, or visit our facility. We’re eager to discuss your options with you! Please be aware that Reservation Fees are not refundable.
